Howdy folks!
Well, if you're here and reading this no doubt you've noticed by now that Pornhub has a whole new look! We've been slaving away night and day on this and it's finally here! New layout, new features, and all at blazing new speeds!
Now, I don't wanna go and spoil all the surprises, but if you look around the site you'll find tons of new toys and goodies for you to play with. New blog interfaces, new "speed dial" options for your top friends, search by members in your area (yeah, you were ALL asking for that one...) and the list just goes on and on. Take a look around and be sure to share with your friends all the cool discoveries that you make.
And hey, drop us some comments here too. Let us know what you think! Are there any bugs that we missed? Anything we overlooked? And you can even drop us some compliments and tell us how much we all rule, we always love that!

I have a question I need feedback on. As a free member am I limited from being able to upload photos that are animated? I notice that when I try to upload a file photo that is animated in .gif file type I recieve error:
{· There were some errors uploading your album.
· Photo "4 nice pairs hummy.gif" is an invalid type (must be a .jpg or .png)}
.jpg or .png photo files lost all of it's animation and becomes a "still" photo, which is not what I want to show in my album. How do I up-load a animated photo file so it stays antimated as a photo on the PH site?
I ask this question because I have enjoyed animated photos on many other member's photo albums and would like to show some animated pictures myself. Please reply

How on earth does this website work?!?!? I can't download any HD movies despite paying and get an error message saying 'You seem to have previously signed up for a membership plus... please contact support or try again!'......No help at all. I have even sent support 3 emails to which they haven't replied. Is a shame as is a great site but I will be cancelling my subs if I don't hear anything soon. If anyone has some advice it would be appreciated. Thanks

The video search does not work. For example: I have a video with the title "Play Cervix" The keywords include the word "cervix". If you are looking for "cervix" is not found the video. This happens with all videos. If nobody comes to your profile, no one will see your videos. The same with "The most recent videos". You upload a video and never appears in "the most recent". A bug?

My profile is sucking three kinds of shit. Can't change pictures, no favorites videos, etc. I guess the non-payers are getting driven out. Well I'll give it another week, then I'll frequent another site.

For being a "newbie" and browsing through some general areas. Looks as if you guy did a f..king damn good job. I really like it that you accept the feedback from members and feel that it's important for you to give us that sense of comfortability, as members, that there is that sense of concern on your end for everyone to enjoy and have a good time at this site! So who's the crew from Canada? Took a few trips to Toronto on business and endulged greatly with the partying people of that city. Enjoyed many of the quality strip clubs from there, as well as some of the food. Puts our clubs and lady to shame back home.

Not sure about anyone else but I haven't been able to change album covers for weeks, theres not even a square that goes around the pic that you pick for the cover.
The photo albums haven't been 100 percent working right for almost a month now with some of them only showing in slideshow.
What is wrong with the photo albums?
On the plus side of things the player has stopped crashing out mai browser and does load quite fast and everything else seems to be perfect.
I know you probably really busy doing other things on the site but please take sometime to fix the photo albums.

looks like pornhub is either just broken or changed for good.
You can't upload videos now unless you want them to be private- as they all become private regardless of what you choose.
Nobody replies here either and messages to support go unanswered.. oh well looks like pornhubs over for now

Sounds like it would be easier to let all uploads pass on some type of automatic system and then just have the community flag down vids not suppose to be on pornhub would make things faster for vid uploads and would save you guys a lot of time with the community helping you out.

finally had some videos go live about 8-10 days after uploading them. However, they ended up as "private" when I know I set it to public.
No way to change it on my end apparently :/
I re-uploaded one of them to see if it shows up as public this time, but from the sound of these comments, this is happening to everybody

From what I noticed, this is to fuckingfuck, with the video uploads and the private thing...if you notice under the private stripe it says video in conversion. So therefore that would lead me to believe pornhub needs to convert the video first before it can be watched. Other than that my friends list was there for a few days after the revamp and now it is gone, even though that is not a GREAT big thing when I can scroll up and click on friends. Though I did like when everything was all on one page! And what is everyone talking about faster speeds...what the hell is faster? I know the movies load slower now, I can't even jerk off for 2 minutes without having to pause and wait for some more video to load? Wassup wit dat!!!! I aint stressing it thoughI got a library on this computer that may put half these other porn sites to rest. I'll get them up here for everyone to see slowly but surely... have a great day PH and everyone else!

I said this the last time you changed the site, but it seems more and more like you are trying to become a commercial site. Everything is about getting people to buy stuff and is no longer about the people who use the site. You have removed features that you are aware that we all liked and added things that clearly are ad orientated.
As I said last time, I understand that you need to make money, but you need to find a reasonable balance between being profitable and being consumer-friendly. I hope the next time you change the site we aren't getting pop-ups... but at the rate you are going I would think it is par for the course.

Pretty much just concurring with everyone else, fatal error messages on pics and movies, inbox does'nt work, friend requests keep appearing then disappearing and my profile views deminishes somehow. Hi guys, the new look & feel of the site is cool, but pm now sucks! Please can you fix the mailbox so we can see & read new messages in the inbox and also put back the outbox folder.
Also on "friends" can you add back the old search function "most recent" , "by username" etc - this function is still on the subscriptions list and is very helpful!

If you experience that problem, please send us the link to the movie you are trying to view. This may help in determining the cause and hopefully find the fix.

I lost my entire inbox! I had 20 unread messages and they're all gone as well as all the old messages. Some pending friend requests are missing too, not that I care much. I'd really love those messages back though - I had some really sexy stuff in there! Not to mention some developing relationships.
