I don't think 'favoriting' pics is working - least not for me. That's my complaint.

The site is def smoother the past week than it has been in a while, so thanks for that. I still have no idea why everything went to hell this past month... Hope things get back to normal, its a great site with a surprisingly strong user community.

My biggest issue with Pornhub is that my videos don't go live. It used to be i would upload videos, they would go live, and everything was fine. Then about a year ago i would upload them and theyd just disappear. Now i uploaded a test video- it got added to my profile page listing, but has zero views for 3-4 days so its obviously not live on the site- whats that about?

I pay for the premium service but hasn't been that great. How is a person to download movies and save them to pc as told could. And when watching movies they are stop and start during the whole thing? A little help please.

Hmmm it seems like things are running a bit smoother now... Biggest thing that bothers me personally is the layout of the profile pages, with everything ordered below eachother, and nothing next to eachother, you have to scroll down for ages to see vids and wallposts. Hope you keep fixing those bugs, goodluck!

Hello Jake, I don't know how necessary this still is, but anyway, I still can't: - switch from one message page to the next in the commenting space of videos - always see all pictures - add pictures to my favourites (that one is my main annoyance) - get a sensible variety of videos in the 'related videos' department (I always see the same ones there) - see how many people have visited my profile (it stays about the same, including small drops) - always see how long ago people have joined and/or logged in (that '39 years' problem) - add a public video Also, I wonder why it's not possible to search for photo's. I mean: why else do you get to fill in the tags? Thanks in advance.

things are slowly starting to look up, would like to be able to delete things easier, but albums seem to work a little better, you can post comments a bit easier, and mail and wall comments actually show up. i know you mostly get complaints, but the more frequent updates on your progress are appreciated, and i think what people need to feel better about how things are moving along. thank you!

We will do more testing to make sure all browsers are working. Please let me know which version of IE you are currently using. That would help me a lot and we appreciate the assistance.

We tried to fix something but when we did it broke something else. We had to go back and find a new solution that fixed Problem A without causing Problem B.

IT91 - if you don't want to help, you don't need to... and letf you comments to yourself... or just help them to solve problems faster... choose by your self....

in IE i get error on page "ajax is undifined" in line 241, char 2 when i try to send message...
also in IE when i click on show comments nothing happends and i get:
"object doesn't support this method property of method" line: 174, char:1

in firefox those ones works

We have made some fixes but as you all know there continued to be some issues. The initial fixes caused some problems elsewhere with server load and we had to temporarily revert back while we worked on a new solution that addressed problems with functionality without overloading our servers We've made those new fixes now and you'll find that the following is working 1. I posted a video a month ao, hasn't shown up yet, never got an email saying there was a problem or anything. I see someone below me says the uploads are a lot faster now, so is this a normal wait?

I uploaded a new album yesterday and 3 albums were accidentally created, and when I try to delete the two duplicates, the screen just goes blank and nothing is deleted. This is another problem that needs to be fixed.

I say, start again from scratch. Rebuild the community. Im not too sure how all the coding of this community builder works, but would it be easier to start again? The pro's would be you lose all the fake accounts. I can guarantee theres more fakes then reals. Second would be it gives a clean slate for everyone to start again. Con's would be everyone loses all the uploads. How about a back up? Give everyone 2 months to back up all their stuff and then start from scratch. Then then again, since you've already started fixing it... I dunno. What was the reason why it all went haywire anyway?

I see you have deleted all the other pissed off comments from this post...Yesterday there were over 38 comments and today there's 5. Well thats one way to help you cause and get things back on track, just ignore your customers and there complaints. The thing that really pisses me off is I was stupid enough to buy a membership a couple months ago. Get off your asses and get this site back up and running. Nothing works any more! Pics won't load, albums disappear, then reappear, then won't load, then vanish again, then come back with no photos in them! Same for my videos, favorites, friends etc

Can't accept friend requests because even though I get an email telling me someone has added me, they don't appear on my requests page! If they do, I add them then they don't appear in my list but reappear in my requests page!!!!

I understand that you guys are upset but please we ask for your patience. We are working very hard to fix all of the problems; we are also in the middle of restructuring the community layout. Well, I had some problems registering my account and I tought they were solved, but I can't even upload my pics or watch vids -- here it says the video is already loaded, but it just won't play.

How can one claim, or act like, the issues have been resolved when a quick perusal of the site reveals that the failures that existed two weeks ago are still prevalent now? One still cannot look at photos in albums uploaded. A member cannot look at all his/her own albums nor any other members albums. if you click on a album, this site will still post a message that there are no pics in that album despite how many photos the member has uploaded to that album. Clicking on a "Requests" link that displays a number of friend requests will display none at all. On and on and on. The site is not any better since these, and a multitude of other, problems have manifested themselves beginning approximately two weeks ago. Please do not post messages that these problems have been fixed until they have been appropriately addressed and corrected. It only takes a few moments to verify. This message needs to be taken down until then.

I would like wall messages that don't take 5 minutes to load, sections of wall that don't go "missing", the ability to delete other peoples messages on my wall and for them to disappear when I block somebody. Inbox messages I can open. The ability to see the PMs I have sent, Photo albums that don't don't only show one page, the ability to add and take away pics from favorites.... Jake need I go on? I think we can safely say that the new version hasn't enhanced my or anybody else's surfing experience. Why ask for suggestions when the you guys can't handle what is on your plate already? This WAS the best community, but good people have left here because this site is a royal pain in the ass to use. Fix it guys, or someone smart will steal all your members.
