Journal du Geek asked Pornhub’s statisticians to analyze the various technologies that visitors from France use when accessing Pornhub. When it comes to mobility, French users lag behind the world with only 61% of visitors using smartphones, compared to an average of 70% worldwide. Mobile use is however growing steadily in France as we found the average smartphone usage in our 2017 Year in Review was only 56%.

2014 Year In Review
2014 was a huge year for us here at Pornhub HQ. We put our team of statisticians to work time and time again to deliver the data and bring you the most fascinating facts having to do with the world’s #1 porn site. Focusing largely on search trends and how user interactions react to major events around the world, we’ve covered everything from the traffic changes during the recent Scottish referendum to America’s obsession with anal sex and everything in between. Be it sports, politics, climate or demographic related, we found a way to relate it to porn trends and offer up some awesome insights. For some geeks, an operating system is like a religion – it defines who they are and how they lead their online life. And indeed some diehards will defend their OS choice to the very end. Our techie friends at Gizmodo wondered just how deeply ingrained an OS might be in the user’s psyche. Could it even affect their online porn viewing habits?
