Trust and Safety is our top priority at Pornhub. We continually work to ensure we have the safest platform on the internet. As a reminder, we continue to review older content to ensure it meets our current performer ID and proof of consent requirements. Any content that does not meet these requirements will be removed from the platform by June 30, 2025.
To help you in meeting these requirements, we are happy to announce a new feature that will make verifying additional performers much easier.
Don’t wait! Start protecting your work now as these audits can remove your content anytime between now and June 30, 2025!
New Feature Available
Now, you will be able to tag approved Co-Performers and Collaborators directly from your Video Manager!
This enhancement has been made in direct response to creator feedback. You asked us to simplify our verification tools, and now we have. It also adds an important layer of content protection as we continue our standard audits.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have verified your Co-Performers and ensure they aren’t missing IDs or consent paperwork. To check if anything is missing, open your Core Settings and click the Co-Performers header. A list of all your Co-Performers will appear. In the dropdown menu, you can check ID and consent statuses. For quicker results, filter the consent statuses to “Missing Consent.”
If any of your Co-Performers are missing consent or need their IDs resubmitted, they will appear flagged. See screenshot below:
Alternatively, if you are working with other verified Models, check your list of Accepted Collaborators to confirm who is eligible for video tagging.
Note: Check both the “Received” and “Sent” filters on the Accepted tab.

Tip: Requests that appear under “Sent” will expire 30 days after sending the request. If your Collaborator has not yet accepted the request, send them a quick message to approve it before the 30-day mark or you will have to resend the request.
How to Identify Videos at Risk of Removal
To keep our platform safe and give your content an added layer of protection, we will continue with our standard practice of periodically reviewing and removing content that does not meet our current verification requirements.
If you have videos that are missing verification or have been removed, they will be flagged in your Video Manager. See the example below for how they will appear in your account.
The red triangle shows performers who are completely missing verification. The blue triangle shows performers who are partially missing verification.
Please note that the video warnings could remain visible until the content is audited.
How to Use the New Feature
Follow these 5 easy steps to tag your approved Co-Performers or accepted Collaborators straight from your Video Manager.
1. In your Video Manager, you will see a list of videos that are at risk for removal and categorized as “Missing Verification”
2. Open each video and select the edit icon
3. Select the “Performers” tab
4. Type in the name(s) of the Co-Performer or Collaborator who appears in the video
NOTE: They must already be listed on your account as an approved Co-Performer or an accepted Collaborator
5. Hit “Submit for Review”

It will take approximately 72 hours for our content moderation team to review the submission.
Videos Removed in Error
Did we remove a video with fully verified performers? We will help support you with timely appeals. If your content was removed in error, or you tagged a Collaborator or added Co-Performer IDs and proof of consent after a video got removed, please contact models@pornhub.com. Our team will work to validate our records and reinstate any videos that are compliant with our Terms of Service. Our priority is to keep your compliant content active and if eligible, monetized.
What Happens After June 30, 2025?
Only videos that meet our current performer ID and proof of consent verification requirements will remain published on Pornhub after this date. But don’t wait until June, start identifying your Co-Performers and Collaborators now to protect your content and keep it active!
If you have any questions about our enhanced tagging feature, please reach out to models@pornhub.com
