    i have several cages that are set up to take the insert like this. i got extra tubing delivered, fitted the head to the full length of tube, then worked it deep.... to the point where i let out some pee.... i then backed it out about an inch then marked and trimmed it there, fitting the base. now when i wear the cage with the tube, i am as full and deep as possible

    I have the same set up. I put the urethral tube into the cage first and then insert it into my little guy. My anti pullout never worked as it didn't fit under the locking lug on the ring.
