We are proud to announce that Pornhub’s parent company, Aylo, will be hosting a series of panels in collaboration with organizations that support sex workers through advocacy, outreach, and by providing direct services. The panel series aims to foster dialogue and raise awareness around important issues affecting our community.
Join us May 29 for the first panel in this series hosted in collaboration with Old Pros on the topic of Sex Work and Human Trafficking. Old Pros is a non-profit media organization that uses storytelling to advocate for sex workers rights. Home to The Oldest Profession Podcast and the Whore’s Eye View show, founded and hosted by Kaytlin Bailey, Old Pros works tirelessly to remind listeners that sex workers have always been part of the story.
Pornhub’s VP of Brand & Community, Alex Kekesi, and Old Pros’ Founder and Executive Director, Kaytlin Bailey, will lead a panel of experts to outline the difference between sex work and sex trafficking.
This introductory panel will discuss what trafficking is and how it came to be associated with sex work. It will seek to explain generations of stigma and how anti trafficking laws are used to hurt the people they intend to help. Attendees can expect a thought-provoking dialogue that challenges assumptions and explores solutions to pressing issues facing the sex work community today.
