By Pornhub | June 11, 2025 | 2 minutes

We are proud to announce the launch of a mental health focused campaign between Aylo (Pornhub’s parent company) and its partner, Pineapple Support. The video series, “Prioritizing Wellness with Pineapple Support” features candid interviews with top talent sharing their personal experience in the adult industry and their best tips for promoting mental health.

Sit down with industry veterans Kazumi, Lily Lou, Ricky Johnson, Rhyheim Shabazz, and Queenie Sateen as they share details on a range of topics such as why they love working in the adult industry, how they deal with a stressful day, and where they find community. By showcasing top talent through open and honest interviews, the campaign aims to destigmatize reaching out for support when it comes to mental health and aims to promote the life-changing services offered by Pineapple Support.

Whether the featured talent work with a therapist themselves, like Lily Lou and Queenie Sateen, or have developed their own self-care routine for optimal well-being, like Kazumi, Ricky Johnson, and Rhyheim Shabazz, the campaign aims to reflect the open and judgement-free nature of some of the adult industry’s most recognizable faces as they encourage us to always put our most important asset first, our health!

“At Aylo, we’re committed to supporting the full wellbeing of sex workers and adult creators,” said Alex Kekesi, VP of Brand and Community at Pornhub. “Mental health is just as important as physical safety or creative freedom, and everyone deserves access to care that meets them where they are. Pineapple Support has created a vital lifeline for so many in this industry, and we’re proud to help amplify their work through this campaign — making sure more creators know these resources exist, and that support is always within reach.”

Pineapple Support is one of the leading mental health initiatives for those actively involved in the adult industry. They provide 24/7 online emotional support as well as free and subsidized professional therapy and advice without discrimination, judgment, or stigma, to all eligible performers and producers who have been active in the industry within the past 6 months.

“Prioritizing wellness shouldn’t be a luxury — it’s essential,” said Leya Tanit, Founder, CEO and Fundraising Community Chair at Pineapple Support. “In an industry where we give so much of ourselves, taking time to protect our mental health, set boundaries, and care for our bodies and minds is an act of self-love and survival. Wellness looks different for everyone, but what matters is making it a priority. We’re proud to partner with Aylo on this campaign, using their incredible reach to amplify the voices of creators and bring greater visibility to the importance of mental health and wellness. Together, we’re working to ensure more people know that support is out there — and that they’re never alone.”
