Honestly, nothing atm. I was always naturally skinny. Then I started heavy lifting and bulking to gain muscle. But a year ago I hurt my lower back so I stopped working out. I really do have to start working out again. But remember, you can’t change your physique too much - I look the way I do mostly because I was born that way. You can gain muscle/fat but if your bones affect your overall look and you cant change those
