Mathis Kennington
Dr. Mathis Kennington is a licensed marriage and family therapist, a supervisor, educator and advocate for sexual health. Mathis works in the field of sexual health to help people break down shame barriers that prevent authentic sexuality. He specializes in working with couples who aren't able to experience the kind of sex they want. He is the co-founder of The Practice ATX, a specialty-based private practice that focuses on great clinical work and community education. Mathis earned his PhD from Virginia Tech and has worked in the world of sexual health ever since. Mathis is a member of the top professional organizations in sexual and mental health, a graduate-level educator of sex and couple therapy and a writer/speaker on all issues related to sexual and mental health advocacy.
