Having Video Problems?

Many of our users who have recently updated their Flash have reported issues regarding video playback, either seeing a black square where the video player should be OR seeing the video playing in double, with a green line splitting the player in half horizontally. The problem should be resolved for most users by following a few quick steps HERE.
