For both Americans and Canadians, the beginning of July is a time for celebration with family, friends and neighbors. July 1st is Canada Day up North, and July 4th is Independence Day down South. In both countries, citizens show their national patriotism by enjoying the sunshine, drinking beer and stuffing lots and lots of hot wieners into buns.
