Big Mouth Searches

Season 2 of the Netflix adult cartoon series Big Mouth landed on October 5th. Much of the show focuses on the sexual fantasies of it’s main characters (including some references to Pornhub), so it’s no surprise that fans began searching Pornhub for parodies of the cartoon. Cinema Blend asked Pornhub’s statisticians to take a closer look.

By October 8th, searches were 14,937% higher than their daily average before the new season arrived. In just over a week, 1 million people have searched for “big mouth” on Pornhub. On it’s peak day, searches for “big mouth cartoon” nearly equaled those of “cartoon” (nsfw), one of Pornhub’s usual top 20 searches.

The most common searches containing “big mouth” have been:

  • big mouth cartoon
  • big mouth
  • big mouth show
  • big mouth lips
  • big mouth cartoon sex
  • big mouth blowjob
  • big mouth hentai
  • big mouth cartoon porn

Digging Deep Into Minecraft

Pornhub Insights has often revealed how television, sports, movies and video games have an effect on the porn habits of our users. Take for example our Insights on My Little Pony, Porn Parodies and the release of Fallout 4.

Our friends at Venture Beat asked us to do some digging for Minecraft trends, and we quickly discovered that it’s no exception. Released in 2011, Minecraft has sold over 70 million copies worldwide making it the third best-selling game of all time. Popular Porn Parody Searches

Fantasy plays a big role in pornography. People are not simply looking for naked flesh, they’re interested in the stories that lead to each sexual encounter. Like film and television studios, the porn industry spends millions each year to design elaborate scenes that will bring viewers into the story, and create an emotional attachment with the characters on screen.

The folks at Now This News asked the Pornhub statisticians to take a look at the most searched parodies to see what scenarios our users are interested in.
