As part of a collaboration with our friends over at Buzzfeed, the Pornhub statisticians are offering a unique look at the way that members of the fairer sex get turned on with everyone’s favorite porn site. By segmenting by gender within our analytics tools, we were able to generate anonymized data that brings us one step closer to answering the time old question: what do women want?

Pornhub & Switzerland
The Pornhub statisticians are back in Europe, this time to visit the country of Switzerland. This land-locked country is bordered by several other countries including Italy in the south, France to the west, Germany to the north and Austria to the east.
Because of this, Switzerland actually has 4 official languages including German, French, Italian and Romansh (a Latin influenced Romance Language). As you’ll soon see, this truly multicultural mix makes for some interesting differences in porn viewing habits depending on the country’s region.

Pornhub Battle of the Browsers
Over the past year, Pornhub has seen a major shift in the types of traffic coming to our site. Of the 38 million people who visit Pornhub each day, over half are now using mobile devices like tablets and smartphones. Desktop computers are still a stand up choice, but it seems that more and more people like to tap and fap.
Our friends at Gizmodo asked us to dig a bit further into our data, and see what web browsers are the most popular for watching porn on desktop, mobile and tablets. Our Pornhub statisticians went even further to discover what type of videos are searched for in each browser, and even how long those users will typically stick around. Read on to learn the results!

Pornhub & Germany
From giving us the first campy vintage XXX to hardcore scenes beyond your kinkiest dreams, good old Germany goes with porn like sauerkraut and frankfurters, which is why our friends at Stern.de asked the Pornhub Statisticians to take a closer look at the porn viewing habits of Germans.
It turns out that Germany is the 4th most visited country to Pornhub, and broken down further, it’s the 10th most visited from Mobile devices and the 3rd most visited from Desktop computers.
